About Me

Hi, I’m Gaofeng Wu (武高峰)! I am currently a second-year master’s student in Biomedical Engineering at ShanghaiTech University, advised by Prof. Han Zhang. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging from South China University of Technology. For an extensive overview of my experience, please refer to my Google Scholar and CV.

My Research

• My research interests span artificial intelligence, data science and medical imaging analysis. During my M.S. studies, I focused on enhancing graph neural networks and graph transformer networks for application in healthcare field, particularly in early brain development and brain disorder diagnosis. Future, I want to explore large language models (LLMs) for potential applications in healthcare and medical imaging.

• As a student member of the Chinese Baby Connectome Project (CBCP), I gained valuable experience in infant data collection and neuroimaging data analysis, deepening my understanding of the filed. Over the past year, I have been engaged in several significant projects published in MICCAI, ISBI, and ISMRM.
